A witch is a user of magic that is distinctly different from mages and witchers. While sorcerers and sorceresses are usually acquired at a young age and learn to control their powers in institutions, witches rely on their inner power and obscure knowledge acquired in dubious ways. Some have slipped through the eyes of watchful mages, some were mages and gave themselves to forbidden knowledge, while others live on the fringes of society where no magic school has reach.

Witches (males are referred to as Warlock) dance upon the edge their entire life, one step away from going half-insane due to the elemental chaos they channel through their bodies. But unlike mages, they are not chained by a system, the only one they owe fealty to is themselves. Just like mages, they can heal, destroy, support, or curse - but unlike mages, they do not use spells. They, instead, use magical powers. More... (Witcher Fanon Wiki, english only)

Defining Trait: Emotionalist

Powers of Witches, either magical or otherwise, are fueld by the witches emotions. Fire cast by witches burns hotter the more they hate their target, their ice spells are colder the more wrath they feel. Whenever Witches use their powers, their Adrenaline level is added to damage, duration or other modifiers in some way. Furthermore, each spell that is destructive or hostile pushes their "emotional balance" towards harmful while each supportive (benevolent) power pushes said balance towards benevolence. Each power of the same nature that follows is more effective, while using a benevolent power while being entirely leaning towards hostility makes it downright useless in terms of output.

- Magical Perks: 3 Powers, 2 Ritual, 1 Hex.
- Weapons & Armor: All simple weapons, no armor, shields.
- Skills: Human Perception, Powers, Hex Weaving, Resist Magic, Small Blades, Wilderness Survival, Ritual Crafting, Presence, Deceit, Stealth.
- Starting Gear (You get any 5): Hood, Traveling Robes, Belt pouch, Writing kit, Writing Feather, Iron Dagger, Oak Club, A Horse, Components (worth 100 Orens), Bound Journal (Guaranteed).
